IBENA- According to Resolution no.83 of Foreign Exchange Action Committee, deadline for removal of foreign exchange commitment of exporters in 2020, was extended until 22th September in this year.
Also, based on previous resolution, deadline for removal of foreign exchange commitment of exports through 2018 and 2019 will be possible only until 22th August in this year.
It is worth noting that notified deadlines cannot be extended in any way and exporters are requested to take necessary action to avoid further problems regarding removal of foreign exchange commitment in notified time tables.
